HISTORY

Nowlin Printing, Inc. was founded in 1991 by Faith Nowlin, who sought a way to preserve the genealogical findings she and others researched in this area of the country. She started with computer skills in typesetting and graphics, offset printing, and limited binding capabilities.

In 1994, Faith’s daughter and son-in-law, Sherri and Keith Breshears,
moved home to Crossett and joined the business. A new building was erected in late 1994, and a new offset press and laser imagesetter were added in 1995. In 1996, Phillip Nowlin, the youngest son, joined the business, and a chemical free, film imagesetter was added, along with internet capabilities. After a record sales year in 1997, Nowlin Printing completed the incorporation process.

In 1999, Nowlin Printing, Inc. expanded the manufacturing plant by opening an office at 110 East Third Avenue, downtown Crossett. Along with free deliveries, Nowlin Printing, Inc. now welcomes customers to drop off orders or enjoy a cup of coffee while your order is processed. Nowlin Printing, Inc. takes pride in being a locally owned, family-operation that offers personal attention for quality printing with a short turn around time.
