He is the author of “The Middle Matters: A Toolkit for Middle Managers.” When not coaching or writing, Jeff is the CEO of Twinning Edge, a company focused on enabling small businesses with BD strategies and building out BD support ecosystems by leveraging AI, automation, and digital twin technology.
Jeff received a bachelor’s degree from Harvard University in Chemistry and Physics. He also holds an MBA from the University of Rochester with a concentration in Marketing and master’s in Spanish from Middlebury College.
