Pressman

We’re looking for a skilled Pressman to join our production team and run small to medium-size offset presses with accuracy, efficiency, and pride. If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and experienced in offset printing, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do
•Set up, operate, and maintain small to medium-size offset presses
• Perform color matching, ink adjustments, and registration to ensure high-quality output
• Monitor press during runs to maintain consistency and troubleshoot issues
• Perform routine maintenance and keep equipment clean and in good working order
• Work closely with production staff to meet deadlines and quality standards
• Ensure all work meets company and customer specifications

What We’re Looking For
• Experience operating offset presses (1–5 color; small to mid-size)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read job tickets, follow specs, and work independently
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
