Press Operator

Full-Time Position

We’re looking for a skilled Pressman to join our production team and run small to medium-size offset presses with accuracy, efficiency, and pride. If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and experienced in offset printing, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

Set up, operate, and maintain small to medium-size offset presses
Perform color matching, ink adjustments, and registration to ensure high-quality output
Monitor press during runs to maintain consistency and troubleshoot issues
Perform routine maintenance and keep equipment clean and in good working order
Work closely with production staff to meet deadlines and quality standards
Ensure all work meets company and customer specifications
What We’re Looking For

Experience operating offset presses (1–5 color; small to mid-size)
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to read job tickets, follow specs, and work independently
Excellent attention to detail and quality control
Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
