PIAS produces a number of publications customized for use by member companies.  The following list provides a brief description of each:

AREA RATIO STUDY
Provides the same information as the PIA Ratio Studies, except it contains information specific to the PIAS seven state region.  This information allows you to compare your overall cost of operation and profitability with other companies within the PIAS region.

BENEFIT & WAGE SURVEY
Provides wage and benefit information, as reported by participating PIAS member companies.  It allows you to compare the wage and benefits you provide your employees with those provided by other companies.  This comparison may be made based up company size or geographic location.

BLUEBOOK OF BUDGETED HOURLY RATES & STANDARDS
Provides information regarding the cost of operating specific pieces of equipment.

EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK GUIDELINES
Provides an outline of a basic Employee Handbook.  This outline may be used as is, filling in only basic company information, or used as a basis for an Employee Handbook customized for your organization.

GREATER PROFITS THROUGH SAFETY
Provides information regarding how to establish a comprehensive safety program for your facility, as well as forms which may be used.

Provides legal information pertaining to employee relations.

Provides information regarding the application of sales and use tax laws, as they pertain to the printing industry in Tennessee.
